Booking  with Choix

Indeed, entering and exiting a Choix stylish limousine can offer a pleasant experience, but please keep in mind, aside from the original amount, additional fees may incur on your statement (or credit card) after the excursion is complete.

Parking Fees

Parking fees can be incurred in locations that do not have a waiting area and/or for any requested stop where parking is not available and/or free.

Stops are calculated on 10 minutes of waiting time. If stops take longer or deviate from the original itinerary in the contract, the total time of the trip can be converted to an hourly pricing. Unplanned stops during the ride will be billed at the stop rate for the journey and depending on selected vehicle.

Wait Time

Wait time incurs after 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time, and is billed in 15-minute increments or may be totaled in an hourly rate.

Tolls

Any tolls’ charge is based on pick up and drop off locations provided. Tolls are not included in the pricing and will be billed for any incurred toll charges after the journey is complete.

Fuel Surcharges

Fuel surcharges are applied when usage of a vehicle is inconsistent with typical limousine service. Fuel surcharges are normally communicated prior to the event, however, deviating from the specified itinerary and/or special requests may generate a fuel surcharge.

Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fees will be charged when activity inside the vehicle leaves a residual odor or stains in either the carpet or upholstery these include but not limited to cigarette smoking, spilled drinks and foods or vomit creating any stains and/or odors.

Repair fees will be charged when physical damage occurs to the vehicle including but not limited to rips and tears in the carpet, upholstery, damage to glassware, stereo etc. or other items in the exterior and/or interior; damage to other (any) components may be also charged.

Extra Mileage/Surcharges

Additional miles/kilometers are charged for mileage beyond the base rate. Rates may vary by state and driver/chauffeur

Extra Hours

Additional hours outside the originally quoted trip duration may be billed at the extra hour rate for the type of service(s) selected. Extra hour(s) are associated with hourly services and will incur from the original scheduled end time. If you do not commence your journey on time, but chauffeur/driver arrives on the scheduled time and you retain the vehicle for the original number of hours requested, extra hourly charge(s) may incur.

Please remember, price quoted for travel is based on your package, vehicle and duration.

Despite all of our vehicles being maintained and our A/C units checked consistently, Choix vehicles may be warmer than what customers prefer during the five months from May to October. While we try our best to keep the limousines cool, the vehicles may be slightly uncomfortable, due to the A/C not being able to remove all of the heat.

That is why it is important to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Keep in mind that other riders will be sitting with you, which can make it a tight space and even warmer. Do what you can to stay as cool as possible, such as wearing cool clothing and/or selecting a larger seating capacity vehicle. We do not offer a reduced rate for heat problems.
