Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS of CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC consents the limousine the client has ordered and reserved will be in optimal conditions and will be punctual. CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC will strive to meet clients preferred choice of vehicle type and shade. However, the company cannot guarantee the vehicle color used to pick up the client except the specific vehicle type. Possibilities include Stretch, SUV Stretch Limousine, non-stretch, and/or bus. A professional chauffeur/driver from CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC will drive the vehicle during the assigned time.

A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by email and/or text. The summary of the reservation will be written in the reservation confirmation. This includes address(s) where the customer(s) will be picked up, and travel route(s). Any changes to this reservation must be implemented a week prior to date of service.

Any pick-up and/or drop-off location that is beyond a 30-mile radius of CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC shop located at zip code: 85206 must be approved by CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. Extra charges may be added to the reservation. The customer must furnish a travel itinerary to CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC in writing and must be approved by CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC at least two days before scheduled service. Hence, if the customer does not provide a route, chauffeur/driver will try their best to find the area client needs to travel to and/or from. No discounts will be provided if chauffeur/driver makes a route error.

CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC will not be held accountable for any hindrance and/or obstacles due, but not limited to: inclement weather, traffic, accidents, construction, detours, and/or natural disasters beyond one’s control. If these unexpected delays occur, overtime charges may be incurred and will be charged to the reservation. All company chauffeurs/drivers are bound by the direction of traffic management/devices in/of special events. This includes but is not limited to: sports, concerts, and/or other events. It is also possible that the chauffeur/driver and/or customer will have to plan alternate pick-up and/or drop-off areas for the event location. Choix chauffeur/driver will continually try to ensure customer(s) are accommodated in the best possible way. 

We understand unforeseen circumstances and events are something out of one’s control. However, the customer(s) must understand obstacles, i.e. having to walk into an event far from an entryway, and/or the customer(s) needing to walk to the vehicle will not result in any discounted prices. Please note CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC does not provide free parking passes for events. It is at the customer’s discretion to take responsibility for any/all parking passes and/or fees during the extent of the reservation.

Extra Hours:

Unless a different arrangement is specified, any overtime charges will be tallied per hour at the same rate as prior hours of the original reservation. Client(s) need to be at the drop-off/pick-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to reduce the chance of having an overtime fee charged to the reservation. The chauffeur/driver will adhere to the customer directives during the time of the reservation. The customer must inform the chauffeur/driver where the final drop-off location will be. The time billed to the customer reservation ceases when the customer tells the chauffeur/driver the service has ended. The service can only end when every person(s) has left the vehicle and have also taken their possessions with them. Any overtime accrued during the reservation is billed by the hour. In the event that client’s service extends past the scheduled time for part of an hour, and/or several hour(s), the client will be charged in 60-minute increment(s). CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC cannot automatically guarantee that overtime hours will be provided.

Any driving time that occurs during the duration of the reservation will not go past (half) of the complete reserved time. If time does go past 50 percent, a 25% increase in price will be affixed on the total reservation time. Any overtime charges can and will be assessed and can and will be decided by CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. Once again, the (chauffeur/driver) is NOT responsible for tallying these costs. All costs and fees that are incurred in the duration of any scheduled reservation must be paid A.S.A.P. If charges are not promptly paid, any/all unpaid fees can and/or will result in late fees until the balance is paid. 

Making Changes to Reservation:

A confirmation of your reservation will/has been sent to you by email and/or text to the address provided. The summary of the reservation is written in the reservation confirmation. This includes the address(s) where the customer(s) will be picked up, the cost(s), and travel route(s). Any changes to this reservation must be implemented a week prior to the client’s date of service.

Please NOTE: chauffeur/driver is NOT responsible, for billing, making adjustment(s), and/or negotiating a new price(s) and/or contract. If the client has any concern(s) about the reservation and/or contract, please contact our office.

Hence, all change(s) need to be proposed in writing through email. Any/all changes are required to be approved in writing by CHOIX LIMOUSINES LLC. Some changes may not be approved, in this case, the original contract will stay in effect and must be followed, by the client(s). At a minimum, a modification charge of $20.00 will be added to the reservation. 

Payment Options and Rules:

When placing an order with CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC, a credit/debit card is utilized to hold the reservation. The credit card number, CVV2 number, billing address, and the zip code are required to provide a reservation, the card will be charged at the time of reservation. The credit card utilized to secure the reservation along with a valid picture ID must be presented to the chauffeur/driver, by the cardholder when the chauffeur/driver initially arrives. A minimum 50% payment must be furnished to secure a reservation at the time of reservation with CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. All remaining payments of the invoice should be made two weeks before the scheduled pick-up date. 

All/Any monetary payments are required to be made directly to CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. All/Any cash handed to the chauffeur/driver will be implied as a tip (only) and not a payment to CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. Every deposit is considered non-refundable. Customer(s), please be aware that the credit card provided will be utilized as payment for the reservation and additional charges that have accumulated.  

Customer Please also be aware payment made directly to CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC (DO NOT) include your professional chauffeur/drivers, (gratuity) It is at the customer(s) discretion to take responsibility for any/all chauffeur/driver (gratuity) at the end of the event and/or reservation.

In the event that payment is not received, as stated by the terms of this agreement, along with this statement and/or an invoice can be sent to a collection agency. The statement may consist of any/all damage, overtime fees, damage to the stereo, glassware, etc. If CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC does decide to contact a collection agency and/or lawyer, all/any fees connected to the collection of this payment will incur collection and/or attorney fees. They can and/or will be added to your outstanding balance. The customer is then responsible for any/all extra cost(s). If the reservation is made on behalf of CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC, then the particular signer(s) and the company must pay all outstanding balances. Both parties can be pursued for collection or legal actions.

Cancelation: 

The confirmation email that is transmitted to the customer contains all pricing information, the pick-up address, travel itinerary, and the appropriate contact information.

If the client cancels the scheduled reservation, the client must do so in writing at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of service. If this time limit is not met, the customer will NOT receive 50 percent of the amount paid. If the customer cancels the reservation in less than two weeks, the customer is obligated to pay the whole reservation amount. To reiterate, any cancellation made will automatically result in a loss of 50 percent. However, any cancellation made in less than two weeks will be a loss of the total amount. Rescheduling a reservation is considered a cancellation of the original reservation. When a new reservation is made the cancellation, policies apply. The policy is applicable to every client, even if a good reason exists, once customers respond to the confirmation email, of the offering services and processing of the private credit card information, and receives a confirmation of services by the client hiring CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC.

Excess Cleaning and/or Damage:

Besides the hourly rate for the chauffeur/driver and vehicle, any excessive damage that is beyond the usual cost of repair and/or wear and tear of the vehicle may, and will be charged to the customer(s) receiving the service. In terms of needed repair(s), any evaluation of service(s) charge(s) is at the discretion of CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC, and is not up to the chauffeur/driver, and CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC decision will be final. If the situation warrants, a supervisor will be sent out to resolve the situation. An emergency dispatch fee will be paid by the customer that is equivalent to the minimum damage cost. Some situations that require a supervisor to be sent out may include the following: rude and/or reckless behavior, intoxication, disorderly conduct, and/or actions that are against the law. A $350 minimum charge for repair of damages and/or cleaning can and/or will be assessed. Food and/or coolers are prohibited from being in the passenger section of the vehicle at all times.

An excess of trash, food, vomit, body fluids, smoking, etc… are considered items that will create a cleaning fee. When a cleaning and/or damage fees are evaluated, the customer needs to be cognizant that (the client) is responsible for the vehicle downtime. Any other circumstances besides the cleaning and/or damage cost can and will be analyzed. When a supervisor has been dispatched, a minimum charge of $120 per 60 minute(s) will be evaluated and can and/or will be incurred from the time that a manager has left the shop to the time the supervisor has driven back to the CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC garage and completed the incident report.

If there is a vehicle problem and/or an issue with scheduling, our company may seek to give the service to another limousine company, and/or CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC can and/or will offer a similar type of vehicle. If this is not possible, then an upgraded vehicle at the same price will be offered. The client must consent to this arrangement in order for the contract to be implemented. It is possible, due to the various electronic items in the vehicle that not all amenities can and/or will be functioning properly. However, this does not have any bearing on the safety of the vehicle. It will also not have any bearing on the fulfillment of the contract. Despite the items in the vehicle not working, there will be no discount.

Seat-Belts/Safety-Restraints:

It is the responsibility of the customer(s), (Not) CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC., and/or the (chauffeur/driver) to ensure all customer(s) utilize Seat-Belts/Safety-Restraints, at all times. An appropriate child-restraint MUST be used for children under 3 years old, at all times. (adult Seat-Belt/Restraint is not adequate) The child-seat/child-restraint, MUST be installed by the parent/guardian of the child. The (chauffeur/driver) may, and cannot install the child-seat/child-safety-restraint.

Please be aware that CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC reserves the right to eradicate the contract at any time. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to rude and/or unruly-disorderly behavior, drinking alcoholic drinks (under 21) inside the vehicle, smoking cigarettes, and/or e-cigarettes inside the vehicle (No Smoking Please), as well as cigars or pipes. Any illegal actions that violate Federal, State, and/or local law(s) can and/or will also be subjected to fines and/or penalties and/or termination of service(s)/contract(s). Furthermore, no weapons are permitted in the vehicle and/or on the premises of CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. The agent(s) of the company are not responsible for any claim(s) that arise from injury(s), damage(s) to an individual(s), and/or claim(s). CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC may only pay for complaints that result from negligence that is on the part of the company. If the contract/reservation is ended by CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC, the entire balance of the contract is regarded as the main responsibility of the customer. Any additional charges may also be added. All fees that are paid cannot be refunded to the customer and must be paid to CHOIX LIMOUSINES A.S.A.P.

The client must respond to the confirmation email to provide private credit card information thus make the reservation and to accept the service(s), by the customer(s) requesting the complete contract every terms and conditions of CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC applies. It is the understanding of the customer(s) that they will be responsible for returning the vehicle to CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. The vehicle is to be in the same, original working order. If the client has problems with the service, they should phone CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC as soon as possible for the duration of the reservation, so the issue can be addressed. If the customer is not pleased with the service that has been provided to the client, the client has 12 hours to file a grievance with the CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC company. IMPORTANT, If the company does not receive a documented complaint by the time frame described above, the client then forfeits the right to file a complaint. Hence, they will have consented that no complaint has been filed and that the client is satisfied with the limousine service that has been received. Generating a documented complaint guarantees that both client and the company are privy to what the problem is. In the case of a complaint, the company will look into and try to remedy the problem with the client. The client must consent that any decision or remedy provided by CHOIX LIMOUSINES; LLC will be considered the final decision.

CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC will tally the charges, and customer consents that all costs relating to the reservation are true. Hence, the customer(s) relinquishes their right to express disagreement with the charges. The credit card charges by CHOIX LIMOUSINES LLC will be put through. The client consents and gives complete approval, concerning the charges placed on the credit card provided. The customer then accepts the terms and conditions and agrees to these terms. Please note that this binding agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Arizona. All disputes or legal matters by the client or company will be filed and debated within the jurisdiction in the office of CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC PO BOX 13023 MESA AZ 85216. 

In the event that any passage in this Agreement is not legal, invalid, or cannot be enforced in certain locations, that will not influence the enforceability in that particular jurisdiction of any additional passage of this contract or, the enforceability in other legal jurisdictions of that or any additional segment of contract. CHOIX LIMOUSINES, LLC. Reserves All Right.
