Dear Guests,
At the time of scheduling a private transfer from and/or to the Phoenix (PHX), Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airports (AZA) or surrounding Airports and/or from or to a residence, business or hotel located in Phoenix or the Phoenix surrounding areas, please select the appropriate location or town that you will be visiting. Choix Limousines wants to make sure that the proper cost is being assessed to the customer.
The originating/destination address and airline information must be provided to ensure the correct pick up time and point:
- The pick-up location (address of hotel, business or resident)
- Airline details
The category of vehicle that the client requests will arrive to the location earlier than the designated pick up hour. Hence, you have ample time to retrieve and load your baggage without rushing. Please rest assured that you will receive a confirmation of transfer within a day of booking your order. Simply give the confirmation email or text to your assigned chauffeur when he or she arrives. There is a set price for extra passengers, based on what type of vehicle has been requested. This includes the following:
- Six passengers for a limousine
- Five passengers for a sports utility car
- Three passengers for a sedan
An e-mail or text can be presented to the chauffeur/driver once he or she arrives.
Each customer can have one carry-on bag and a suitcase. Over-sized baggage that contains bicycle, surf board, etc. may be prohibited. If you are unsure about whether the baggage is permissible, please contact Choix Limousine beforehand. Confirmation will be given to the client during booking. While an estimated travel duration time will be provided, this time could change depending on traffic and/or unforeseen/uncontrollable factors.
When choosing a vehicle size, keep in mind that there is only so much room for luggage that is due to the number of passengers. If you have a bigger group of passengers and have more items, more than one vehicle may be necessary to use. Please note that child seats are needed for children 0 to 8 years of age. However, the customer must provide the child seat. The cost per individual is calculated via three people for a sedan and five passengers for a sports utility car.
Other benefits of Choix Limousines, Choix Limousines allocates a 60-minute waiting time for international arrivals. Any wait beyond that time will incur an extra charge. For customer convenience, cash and/or credit cards are both valid forms of payment. Any customer who desires a receipt will receive one upon request. In addition to these perks, non-airport fees, taxes, gas charges, and a one-way private transfer are included. However, the customer is responsible for fees, such as airport and parking fees, any tolls, and gratuities to the chauffeur/driver. Please Note, exceptionally early and/or late hours of chauffeuring may result in additional costs.
The customer can be picked up or dropped off at the Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) in Mesa, AZ, Phoenix Intl Airport (PHX) in Phoenix, AZ, Scottsdale Airport (SCF) in Scottsdale AZ, Chandler Airport (CHD) in Chandler AZ, etc. Client can opt for one of two services: A roundtrip airport service and/or a one-way trip to and/or from the airport.

To our School Dance / Prom Customers, As always, we wish to express our gratitude to you for selecting Choix Limousines as your vehicle service provider. We will do our utmost to ensure that your travel experience is enjoyable and meets your expectations.
However, we do have rules that all customers need to abide by. No drinks or bags are permitted in the vehicles. There is NO underage drinking for any reason.
If anyone underage is found to be drinking alcohol or has alcohol on them, the service will be terminated on the spot and additional fees will be added to the bill. Please note that no alcohol can be brought around the vehicle.

Special Outings
Dear Guests,
As you are probably aware, there are pre-planned events that we try to work around and/or accommodate our guests. These special events can include sports, conferences, and outdoor and indoor concerts. Unfortunately, the events can cause traffic issues and delays.
Choix Limousines and its drivers/chauffeurs are still obliged to adhere to the traffic laws and following routes, such as following detours and one-lane roads. The chauffeurs must also follow policies, such as pick-up/drop off locations at the event and where to park the vehicle. These locations will be pre-planned between the driver and the customer.

Meal Out on the Town
2 to 6 Hours of Chauffeured Choix Limousine Service
Dear Guests,
Choix Limousines offers you the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful night together for a meal at a restaurant or tavern, of preference. Perhaps, you want to get out on the town and experience the city and its landmarks. Our prompt, courteous and professional service will be there to drive you wherever you want to go and then back. We will even make things easier for you by scheduling a dinner reservation, wherever you desire.
What we Offer to You:
We offer a nice package that includes a few enjoyable features. This includes valet service, a private chauffeuring in a Choix luxury vehicles. Chauffeur will meet you at the location of your choice, such as your home, place of business, or hotel etc. The ride will consist of a small scenic drive to the restaurant/lounge/tavern of dining/lounging choice. After you are done, Choix Limousines will pick you up from the drop off location. The ride back will be a pleasant drive back to your original pick up point.
Please note that no matter what your reservation is, you will be privy to the following:
- A well-mannered chauffeur
- A tidy, upscale vehicle
- White-glove service from Choix Limousines.
The following will also be included in your limousine order:
- Taxes, Fees, and Handling fees in the price
- Scheduling a reservation at the restaurant/lounge/bar of dining/lounging choice (optional)
- A chauffeur who serves as a guide
- Round-trip transfer
- Private vehicle transportation
- Confirmation when one schedules a limousine reservation in the form of a paper or electronic e-mail.
Hence, the following rules need to be followed:
- Children need to have an adult with them
- No smoking is permitted in the limousine
- Dinner and/or drinks at the tavern/restaurant must be paid by the client
- Late pick-ups will result in an additional late fee
- Only passengers in the group can engage in the activity
Amenities and upgrades that a customer can request include a vehicle upgrade if it is available for an extra charge, extra passengers at a discounted fee, extra hours if possible, for a higher charge, and more transportation services and other amenities if it is possible at a lower cost.
Please note, Choix Limousine is working on upgrading our vehicles to make them wheelchair accessible (not yet offered). While the time frame of your schedule is an estimation, some variations may occur, based on amount of traffic and the clock time of the drive. Price exclusions include: gratuities, food and/or beverages.
